Twisp’s main Asian restaurant, Linwood, dedicates its regularly changing menu to staple Thai, Korean, and Chinese rice and noodle dishes. It prides itself on incorporating seasonal local produce into its dishes and menu of weekly specials.
Try one of their various curries (red vegetable, pork belly, yellow vegetable) but don’t forget their classics like Thai basil chicken, broccoli lo mein, and chicken or vegetable stir fry.
