Welcome to Twisp, the Heart of the Methow Valley! The most populated town of the valley, Twisp, has an enticing mix of old and new, enriched by the expanding network of artists & craftspersons, musicians, and organic gardeners/farmers calling Twisp home. Enjoy the Confluence Gallery & Art Center, the new Methow Arts Alliance center, the Methow Valley Chamber Music Festival, and The Merc Playhouse.
 
Great community events and concerts are held at the Methow Valley Community Center, which also houses the Twisp Library, Cascadia Music Association, and Twisp Chamber, just to name a few. The campus of TwispWorks is home to the Methow Valley Interpretive Center, a native plant garden, artist studios & shops, the Schoolhouse tap room (soon to be brewery!), and the Methow Valley News, all centered around the commons area, complete witha water feature.
 
Twisp offers the only public outdoor pool (summers only!) in the valley, located in the town park at the Confluence of the Methow & Twisp Rivers. Close by, construction is underway for the first phase of homes built through the new Methow Housing Trust.
