Patrick Dehuff

I am a lifelong resident of Washington State. I have always been in awe of the beauty of some of the pristine areas in the Pacific Northwest. As the deepest and clearest lake in the state, Lake Chelan is the ultimate vacation spot, and residential area for those who are fortunate enough to live here. We are one of those fortunate enough to live here and our journey began two decades ago when our family visited close friends who had a cabin on Lake Chelan.

 

We purchased property ten years ago on the south side of Lake Chelan and began the process of excavation, bringing in utilities, and building a home. I have had an interest in real estate for a long time and I have tracked listings and sales, and real estate trends in the Chelan and Manson areas over the past fifteen years. My previous profession as an educator and school district superintendent has provided me with valuable skills in networking, negotiating, and marketing. I believe that honesty, integrity, open communication, and being available throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing real estate is critical as I help my clients realize their hopes and dreams.
