Larissa Leveque is a dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate’s Goldendale office, specializing in property management while also assisting clients with residential sales. She has worked in property management since 2021 and earned her Washington State Real Estate Broker license in 2024.
 
Before entering real estate, Larissa spent nearly a decade with Vancouver Toyota, where she served in the service department and as an accessory department manager. Her earlier career as a toddler teacher in a licensed public daycare reflects her long-standing commitment to supporting families and building strong community connections.
 
Larissa’s passion for real estate began early. She purchased her first home — a fixer-upper — at just 21 years old and has since owned rental properties and built a new construction home on 10 acres in Goldendale. She enjoys remodeling projects and takes pride in helping others recognize a property’s potential, whether they are investors, landlords, or homebuyers.
 
Since moving to Goldendale in 2020, Larissa has embraced the area’s small-town atmosphere and strong sense of community. She is raising her children locally and has volunteered for several years as a youth soccer coach with Klickitat County Parks & Recreation.
 
Known for her reliability, hands-on experience, and approachable style, Larissa is passionate about helping property owners and residents alike feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the management or sales process.
