Real estate work came naturally for me when I started with Dryside Property in 2012. Our firm joined forces with Coldwell Banker Cascade in 2022. The enjoyment of helping new home buyers journey their way into a new home is most gratifying! Having grown up in Goldendale and lived here most of my adult life, I also serve many of my schoolmates in navigating the sale of their parents home in the midst of loss and transition. 

I know the neighborhoods! There is nothing like having played hide and seek over most of the town as a kid, driving around as a teenager through every alley and then having lived on the west side, east side, in an apartment and now to the north that gives me the knowledge to help you in your home purchase mission! 

I have sold many homes, built two homes, owned and sold 3 condos and I know what it takes to get a home sold. Honest input, staging ideas and helping in whatever way I can in the process are my strengths. I do more than paperwork! 

Goldendale provides many opportunities for activities! I used to be an avid golfer and the Goldendale Golf Club is an excellent small-town course! More than 100 years old, with much history, the membership is growing and the course is improving every day! Pickleball  has become my most favorite activity and I help to promote and get new folks out to play. I am part of a local group that has encouraged the City of Goldendale to resurface 6 courts for Pickleball, and that is happening now! 

The hiking, hunting and fishing here are all excellent and it is a joy to help people get accustomed to all this area has to offer! 

My husband and I and our kids are GHS Grads and proud to be! We have a good school system with solid community support. 

Our commitment to Goldendale has been lifelong! My husband served the City as the administrator for 27 years and recently retired. I did take a couple year hiatus to travel with him and am now available to work with clients who want to have what we have here in Goldendale! I am a fourth-generation hometown girl who is willing and ready to help you make your way or find a new spot in our wonderfully rural and relaxed city!
