Briefly
I grew up in the Wenatchee Valley, graduated from Washington State University in 1991 with a degree in Business and Marketing. I spent the next 12 years working in the software and technology industry in the Seattle area, and in 2003, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker. My relocation back to Wenatchee was catalyzed by a desire to return to a slower pace, have more time to enjoy outdoor lifestyle activities with my family, and care for my aging parents. My family enjoys taking advantage of the many extracurricular pursuits readily accessible and available here, including skiing/snowboarding, hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, kayaking, and biking. We are blessed to live in a beautiful area that offers much, including a cohesive sense of community. I appreciate how the residents of our area pull together to support each other and provide a sense of stability during times of abundance as well as uncertainty.
Approach
I believe in working hard for my clients, being honest, ethical, and optimistic. I'm a creative problem solver with a positive can-do attitude. I have strong selling and negotiation skills and like to have fun while working. I have a well-developed attention to detail and have a results-oriented drive to produce satisfied clients who will return to me when their real estate needs again arise.
Goal
My goal is to provide complete information, discuss all aspects, and possible outcomes that can and will occur during the sales cycle in order to give my clients the critical information they will need to make informed decisions. I'm determined to focus always on my clients' best interests and not my own. I try to maintain constant communication and accessibility while providing current market knowledge throughout the sales cycle to reduce stress and increase client satisfaction and success. The vast majority of my business comes from past clients, and I look forward to investing in these ongoing relationships.
